1 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

2 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on gg138, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. gg138 does not accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of gg138 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processing partners.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, or from any territory on gg138's internally maintained restricted-territory list.
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by you voluntarily through the Platform's responsible gaming tools or enforced externally — that is still in force at the time of registration or login.
• You must not have had a previous gg138 account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or misuse of bonus promotions.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the gg138 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers are used — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed without prior notice, and any funds held in those accounts, including pending withdrawals, may be forfeited at gg138's sole discretion.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), your date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Indonesian mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. gg138 accepts no liability for failed communications or delayed transactions resulting from inaccurate or outdated account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gg138 will treat any action taken while your credentials are authenticated as an action performed by you, regardless of whether those credentials were used without your knowledge or consent. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact gg138 support immediately at the email address stated in Clause 14.

gg138 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to suspend or close any existing account at its discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where the account poses an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. gg138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The availability of individual payment methods may vary based on maintenance windows, banking-system hours, and regulatory requirements. gg138 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation. gg138 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time by updating this Agreement and providing notice on the Platform.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your gg138 account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. gg138 is not liable for delays arising from the banking institution's own processing times, system outages, or erroneous transfer details provided by the Player.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing and KYC. All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC process described in these Terms. Once KYC is approved, standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 banking hours during operating hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday including Indonesian public holidays). Requests submitted outside these hours are queued for processing at the next available opportunity. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending fraud review, bonus wagering requirement completion, or outstanding identity verification.

4.5 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account holder as used for the Player's most recent deposit. Cross-method withdrawals — for example, depositing via BCA and withdrawing to OVO — are not permitted unless expressly authorised by gg138 in writing following a formal request through the support channel. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of Player funds.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Terms. gg138 offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to the Indonesian cultural calendar (Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, and others). Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry date. These individual promotion terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds credited to a Player's account carry a wagering requirement of at least 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed at minimum odds below 1.50 (decimal), or on excluded game categories as specified per promotion, do not count toward wagering requirement completion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. gg138 actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk, mathematically balanced bets specifically to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising gameplay risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional conditions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently suspended from the Platform.

5.4 gg138 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. gg138 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled while a Player is in the process of satisfying wagering requirements, gg138 will provide a reasonable transition period or pro-rated settlement at its discretion. No compensation is payable for cancelled promotions beyond the pro-rated settlement described above.

6 Wagering Rules

6.1 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on gg138 — including pre-match, in-play, voor bola (Asian Handicap), and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets — are subject to the individual market rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and a specific market rule, the specific market rule prevails for that market only.

6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned at gg138's discretion in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond 24 hours; a clearly erroneous price was published due to a system error; or verified match-fixing or integrity issues are reported by recognised sports governing bodies.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots. All live dealer casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. Slot games are provided by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe, among others. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentage. gg138 does not interfere with game outcomes.

6.4 Togel Lottery. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on gg138 use independently drawn results published in real time. Draw schedules are published within the Platform and default to WIB. gg138 is not responsible for any user's inability to place bets prior to a published cut-off time.

6.5 Maximum Winnings Cap. The maximum single-event payout per account per day is Rp 500.000.000 (five hundred million Rupiah), irrespective of stake size or accumulated acca returns. Where a calculated payout exceeds this cap, gg138 will pay the capped amount and the excess is not due to the Player. Players are encouraged to contact support before placing any wager that may approach this threshold.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gg138 Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or exploit any feature in a manner not sanctioned by gg138.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing mistakes, or Platform vulnerabilities — commonly referred to as "arbitrage abuse" or "error exploitation" — to generate guaranteed profits at gg138's expense.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other financial crime using the Platform as a conduit.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation, or sharing your own account credentials with any third party for any purpose.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create a false impression of location.
• Communicating abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory content to any member of gg138's support team or other players on the Platform.
• Registering more than one account, whether personally or on behalf of another individual, in order to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses or other single-use promotions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the gg138 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, graphics, software code, data structures, game content licensed from third-party providers, and written materials — is the exclusive property of gg138 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities only. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, or redistributing any Platform content; reverse-engineering any software or system used by the Platform; creating derivative works; or using the gg138 brand name or logo in any context not explicitly authorised by gg138 in writing.

9 Responsible Gaming

gg138 is committed to providing a safe and sustainable gaming environment. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable leisure activity for the majority of players, can become problematic for a minority. We take this responsibility seriously and have embedded responsible gaming tools directly into the Platform architecture.

Available tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits; session time reminders and time-out periods (24 hours up to 6 months); and permanent self-exclusion for players who feel they need a lasting break from gambling. All tools can be activated from your account settings page and take effect immediately. Deposit and loss limits can only be reduced immediately; increases require a cooling-off period of 72 hours.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 gg138 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, free of technical errors, or accessible at all times from every location. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, and third-party infrastructure failures are beyond gg138's direct control.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, gg138's total aggregate liability to any single Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 gg138 is not liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from use of or inability to use the Platform; losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds published due to a manifest technical error (such bets being void per Clause 6.2); or losses caused by the Player's own failure to maintain account security.

10.4 Nothing in this clause limits gg138's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

gg138 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with our full Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the collection of identity documents for KYC purposes, transactional data for regulatory compliance, and behavioural data for responsible gaming monitoring.

All data transmitted between your device and gg138's servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. gg138 does not sell, rent, or commercially license your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where required for payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, or compliance with a lawful authority request.

12 Amendments to These Terms

gg138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gg138 will provide notice via a prominently displayed banner on the Platform homepage and, where possible, by email to the address registered on your account. The revised Terms will carry an updated Effective Date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your account and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance, contact support as described in Clause 14.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to gg138's international operating jurisdiction. To the extent that Indonesian consumer protection law grants rights that cannot be excluded or limited, those rights remain unaffected.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement — including disputes relating to account closures, withheld funds, voided bets, or bonus settlements — the parties agree to first seek resolution through gg138's internal complaints process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed written complaint to the support email address in Clause 14. gg138 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the support team's response, the complaint may be escalated to gg138's Compliance Department via the same email address, marked clearly as "Formal Escalation". A senior review will be completed within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Arbitration: If the dispute remains unresolved after the escalation process, it will be referred to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed, independent arbitrator. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to preserve rights pending arbitration.
